She was born in Copenhagen and is currently living in London (and Copenhagen). Wendy Plovmand has been working as a professional artist since graduating from Central Saint Martins with an MA in Fine Art (Distinction) in 2010 and the Design School of Denmark in 2001. Wendy's creative curiosity has allowed her to span a variety of media and creative fields - from illustration to fashion, graphic design, art direction and Fine Art.
Each of us received the name of an illustrator who's style we had to "copy" for a Concept and Storyboard assignment. Wendy Plovmand was the Cat I had to Copy. Her fashion illustrations are very playful and she uses A LOT of different images. Below are my interpretations of her style.. What a wanna-be Wendy Plovmand... :)
